I was just wondering why so many seemed to sense a triumph after this odd activity was banned in Catalonia. Have they been to the toreo ?
I can't say it bothers me one way or the other , although it's interesting to note that in the French Catalonian region bull fighting has been on the increase for several years, as it had been in the rest of Spain before the recession hit hard there.
This can't possibly be because both regions want to cock a snook at their respective masters, and have deliciously come to the opposite conclusion on the same subject to make the same point, can it? And probably without a minute of consultation.
Good for them. Very, very, good for them.
