Bloody hell that took some time! Sunderland, by far the greatest team to ever play football, have won their first game in over three months. A ridiculous amount of time, and one which would have probably seen the manager sacked at most clubs of the same size. So it looks promising for the club, (if they stay up of course), that they held their fire; there being very little evidence of instability being any good at all for a football club.
Six or seven points will do it I think, nine at the most, and ten games to go, five at home and five away. If we can keep enough players fit we may limp across the line. Haway Lads!
